We can arrange all aspects of your stay: your flights and transfers to Mountain Landing; provisioning, catering and housekeeping at your Residence; boat chartering or valeting; all your watersports and other activities and any other additional services you require.
Food, wine and catering
The Bay of Islands offers some of the finest fresh local produce in New Zealand, including seafood, seasonal fruit and vegetables and gourmet and specialty foods. At The Residences you’ll enjoy the best New Zealand has to offer, including its famous wines.
You can have your meals prepared for you by a personal chef in your own kitchen, or delivered and served ready-prepared. Menus will be tailored to suit you and your guests. We can also organise fully hosted and catered entertaining and events.
If you prefer to do your own cooking, each Residence is equipped with a state-of-the-art kitchen and outdoor barbecue. Full housekeeping services can be provided as required.
The Residences hospitality team will organise all shopping and provisioning for your stay. On your arrival, your Residence will be fully provisioned to your needs. We will discuss these with you in detail before you arrive.

The Residences at Mountain Landing are run by Mountain Landing Services, a Cooper and Company business. Cooper and Company takes care of all aspects of the day-to-day development and operation of Mountain Landing.
